Bridesmaids at a wedding

Your wedding transport is just one aspect of your wedding day celebration. Your wedding vehicle will hopefully get you to your church, temple, registry office and reception safely and on time but can you be certain that all other aspects of your wedding are organised and planned for?

It is not easy planning your wedding. With so many wedding suppliers and services to deal with, it can be a daunting challenge to get everything in place before your big day.

How to plan your wedding

Start with your wedding venue. Fix the date of your wedding ceremony venue and reception before you do anything else. But in actual fact several things need to happen before you even get to that stage! Wedding budgets and wedding guests are a good starting point. Knowing how much you have to spend and which principal wedding guests you simply must have at your celebration are a good start. Similarly, you would be ill advised to book Claridges if you have a more modest budget.

Once the date is fixed by liasing with your important wedding guests, and you have an idea of your wedding budget you can start looking for a suitable venue. This choice of venue is very important. It will determine how far your guests will have to travel, and your quotation for your wedding car in particular will be determined by it’s location. If you have to drive 100 miles from your wedding ceremony to your reception, it could get very costly! Also if you simply must have that vintage wedding car, will the vintage wedding car supplier be able to supply you with a car in your chosen area? Again, it’s up to you to decide. Is that 1927 Rolls-Royce Phantom in pink going to be your priority for your wedding day? If so, start with that car first. Is it available on your chosen date? Does the wedding car supplier cover your area? If not, something will have to give if you must have that specific wedding car.
